Zospar 0.3% Eye Drop is an antibiotic, used in the treatment of bacterial infections of the eye. It relieves the symptoms of the infection by stopping the further growth of the causative microorganisms.Zospar 0.3% Eye Drop is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid. Avoid skipping any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.It may cause eye discomfort and burning sensation, immediately after application of the medicine. However, these side effects are temporary and usually subside on their own. Inform your doctor if they persist for a longer duration. It may cause short term blurring of vision when first used. Use caution before driving or using machines. Do not wear contact lenses while using it.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Zospar 0.3% Eye Drop is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.Zospar 0.3% Eye Drop may cause diarrhea or rash in the baby. Driving: Zospar 0.3% Eye Drop may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. If Forget: If you miss a dose of Zospar 0.3% Eye Drop, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

It stops the growth of bacteria causing infection and helps relieve pain, swelling, redness, itching or irritation in the eyes. Use it 2-3 times a day for at least a week or as prescribed by the doctor. Your symptoms might improve after using Zospar 0.3% Eye Drop. However, make sure to complete the full course of treatment.
